Resolute Corporate Advisory LLP is a boutique firm wherein we are dealing with Insolvency Related work. I am an Insolvency Professional and we are having 3 more partners who are also Insolvency Professionals all having a wide exposure as a CA and Banker of more than 25 years.
The Intern shall be required to assist in IBC cases and be part of our team. We will provide an overall exposure of IBC and other laws and this will help the Intern to understand commercial laws. Drafting skills will also be improved.
