As part of its trade finance initiatives, DP World established DP World Financial Services Limited (DPWFS) within the DIFC, regulated by the DFSA, to provide and arrange trade finance solutions primarily for SMEs, exporters, importers, and logistics companies.
DP World is seeking an Assistant Manager – Legal (Global Service Centre) to join DPWFS’ Legal team.
The role will report to the Legal Director of DPWFS and will support in managing all legal aspects of the trade finance business, including drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and financial services contracts. The scope of responsibilities will cover DPWFS activities as well as wider global trade finance initiatives of DP World.
