The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi, is India’s apex body for the formulation, coordination, and promotion of biomedical research, established in 1911 as the IRFA. It is one of the world’s oldest medical research bodies, focusing on translating research into public health action, managing infectious/non-communicable diseases, and developing indigenous innovations like Covaxin.

The Indian Council of Medical Research invites applications for the post of Young Professional – II (Legal).

  • Law graduate from a University/Institution recognized by UGC
  • Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of the State in which he/she is practicing
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in dealing with Civil / Service / Labor Arbitration cases
  • Exposure to drafting of Agreements / MoUs / Deeds, etc., after enrolment
  • Note: While considering the applications for Young Professionals, the ranking of the Institution provided under the established framework shall be the deciding factor.

Interested candidates are required to appear for Walk-In-Interview with all requisite documents at ICMR Headquarters Office, New Delhi on 23rd Febuary 2026 (Monday) 11:00 AM
