The firm specializes in preparation and prosecution of intellectual property applications, patentability studies, infringement and validity opinions, and protection, commercialization, and enforcement of intellectual property rights worldwide.

  • Managing domestic and international trademark clearance searches
  • Conducting screening to assess trademark availability
  • Preparing and prosecuting trademark applications
  • Reviewing and analyzing watch notices and search reports
  • Handling infringement, cancellation, and opposition matters
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence for attorney review
  • Communicating with in-house and international clients
  • Maintaining IP records and databases
  • Supporting various IP administrative procedures
  • 5–6 years of proven experience in Intellectual Property
  • Strong understanding of IP procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Presentable, flexible, and positive attitude
