This role is suited for professionals with 3–4 years of PQE and solid experience in corporate transactions, legal due diligence, and real estate transactional work.
• Advising on corporate and commercial non-litigation matters
• Conducting and preparing corporate and property/title due diligence reports
• Structuring real estate transactions, including RERA, registration, and local compliance
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional and commercial documentation
• Identifying and assessing legal and transactional risks
• Supporting transaction execution and coordination
• Strong drafting and documentation capability
• Sound understanding of corporate and commercial transactions
• Experience in legal due diligence and risk assessment
• Ability to critically evaluate documentation
• Demonstrable exposure to real estate transactions
• Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment
