UNGENDER is inviting applications for the role of Compliance Operations – PoSH Practitioner.
This is a full-time remote position for professionals with minimum 3 years of direct PoSH practice experience. The role is not suited for part-time or independent consultant-style engagement. The team is looking for someone who wants to build and grow within a structured, collaborative environment.
UNGENDER works at the intersection of law, workplace safety, and culture, supporting organisations through a blend of human expertise and technology-driven solutions.
Applicants must have real, hands-on experience within PoSH processes, including:
• Conducting or supporting PoSH inquiries
• Drafting notices, Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), findings, and recommendations
• Facilitating awareness sessions and Internal Committee (IC) training programs
• Managing statutory timelines with discipline
• Coordinating with HR, legal, and leadership stakeholders
The role requires strong documentation practices, clarity in written communication, responsiveness, and comfort working within a lean remote team.
