• Managing litigation matters across India before lower courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court

• Handling arbitration matters, including drafting responses and assisting in negotiations

• Advising internal business divisions on litigation, pre-litigation, and non-litigation matters, particularly in real estate

• Coordinating with external counsel and ensuring timely filings and submissions

• Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal documents across departments • Advising on IBC-related matters and managing filings such as Form B

• Handling cooperative court and society matters, including redevelopment issues

• Managing criminal matters

• Drafting civil and criminal pleadings effectively

We are looking to connect with legal professionals who have 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution and litigation. Freshers who have obtained their Sanad or have applied for it may also apply

Language Requirement: Proficiency in spoken and written Marathi is mandatory
