Kings & Alliance LLP is looking to onboard an Associate with a focused practice in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Company Law.

If you are keen on working on structured insolvency matters, company petitions, and appearing before adjudicating authorities, this could be a strong next step in your litigation career.

• Assisting and handling matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016

• Drafting applications, replies, rejoinders and related pleadings

• Research on company law and insolvency jurisprudence

• Appearances and courtroom assistance before relevant forums

• Coordinating with clients and senior counsel on ongoing matters

• Lawyers with strong working knowledge of IBC and Company Law

• Professionals with sharp analytical ability and attention to detail

• Individuals confident in legal research, drafting and courtroom assistance

• Team-oriented candidates comfortable in a fast-paced litigation setup
