  • Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case laws, and healthcare-related issues
  • Review contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents Assist in drafting legal notices and replies
  • Organize and maintain legal files and databases
  • Prepare summaries and concise reports for the legal team
  • Support due diligence and document review for transactions and litigation
  • Law students (3rd–5th year of 5-year integrated LL.B. program or 2nd–3rd year of 3-year LL.B. program)
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Good analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office
