The legal team at SVF | Hoichoi operates at the cutting edge of Intellectual Property (IP), digital rights management, and corporate compliance, ensuring that creative content is protected across global platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and various digital satellite channels.

Legal Research: Conducting comprehensive research using Manupatra and SCC Online.

Contract Management: Assisting in drafting and organizing various commercial and talent contracts.

IP Monitoring: Scanning third-party content for unauthorized usage of the SVF/Hoichoi catalog.

Administrative Support: Maintaining digital and physical legal records and managing case files.

Educational Background: Currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is mandatory.

Research Skills: Comfort with legal search engines (Manupatra/SCC).

Location Preference: Candidates living in or studying in Kolkata will be given preference.

Soft Skills: Must be a proactive team player with strong collaborative skills.
