  • Assisting in preliminary legal research, exhaustive case law analysis, and complex statutory interpretation.
  • Supporting the team in reviewing documents, commercial agreements, and case files for assessment and due diligence purposes.
  • Drafting basic legal documents, correspondence, and detailed research briefs under direct supervision.
  • Tracking and organizing case records while monitoring regulatory updates and industry trends.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to maintain proper documentation workflows and information gathering.
  • Academic Standing: Must be a Final Year Law Student from a reputed law college (5th year of 5-yr LL.B. or 3rd year of 3-yr LL.B.)
  • Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Skills: Strong research orientation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to due diligence.
  • Mindset: High professional ethics, punctuality, and a genuine eagerness to grow within a fast-paced litigation and corporate environment.
