  • Contractual Negotiations: Reviewing and negotiating NDAs, Customer Agreements, Data Protection Agreements (DPAs), and Reseller Agreements.
  • Emerging Technology Research: Investigating developing cybersecurity and data privacy laws, particularly those involving Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Corporate Governance & M&A: Assisting with due diligence for strategic transactions and improving standard form agreements and playbooks.
  • Intellectual Property: Supporting the team with trademark, copyright, and IP protection issues.
  • Labor & Employment: Researching case law developments and their impact on a global workforce.
  • Must be a 2L student at the time of application in an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Preferred top 25% of the class with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Proficiency in Westlaw or PLI, along with a talent for multi-tasking and creative problem-solving.
  • Transactional experience is considered a significant plus for this Paid Online Legal Internship Opportunity.
