  • Engaging in live mandates for Mergers & Acquisitions and legal due diligence.
  • Assisting in AIF formation and structuring, providing a rare look into private equity and venture capital frameworks.
  • Supporting the team in drafting high-level instruments like Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA) and Share Subscription Agreements (SSA).
  • Gaining exposure to IP filings and the management of intangible corporate assets.
  • Providing research-backed advisory on general corporate mandates and allied legal domains.

Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of professional discipline and a “research-first” orientation:

  • Current Students: Open to motivated law students with a clear focus on corporate and commercial law.
  • Experience: Preference will be given to those with prior internships in M&A or General Corporate teams.
  • Academic Merit: Candidates with prior publications or strong writing experience in relevant legal domains will be viewed favorably.
  • Commitment: A non-negotiable requirement is the commitment to the full three-month tenure.
