Managing complex, high-impact programs and initiatives across sub-regions

Ensuring regulatory, legal, and policy compliance across all functional activities

Advising senior leadership on legal, regulatory, and business-critical developments

Proactively identifying and mitigating business risks, while protecting company and customer assets

Driving cross-functional collaboration, performance management, succession planning, and talent development

LL.B. from a recognized university/law school

LL.M. – desirable

Extensive work-related legal knowledge and experience

FedEx management and/or international experience – highly desirable

Fluency in English (additional local languages are an advantage)
