Founded in 2012 by Nitin Saluja and Raghav Verma, the company has grown to have a significant presence across India, with physical outlets, an online store, and a presence on leading e-commerce platforms

  • Drafting and reviewing lease deeds, commercial agreements, and vendor contracts
  • Managing secretarial compliance under the Companies Act
  • Liaising with investors for documentation and compliance-related queries
  • Maintaining internal legal, compliance, and governance policies
  • Coordinating litigation and regulatory matters across civil, consumer, labour, and IPR laws
  • Managing trademark portfolio, including renewals and handling objections

LLB + CS qualification

7+ years of experience in legal, compliance, and governance

Strong understanding of contracts, regulatory laws, and secretarial compliance

Experience in litigation coordination, policy drafting, and trademark/IPR management
