Leading and managing DPDPA 2023 compliance and implementation engagements
Conducting privacy gap assessments, DPIAs, readiness assessments, including SDF obligations
Supporting implementation of consent management, data principal rights handling, grievance redressal, and breach response
Drafting and reviewing privacy notices, consent artefacts, DPAs, and internal policies
Driving data discovery, RoPA, data mapping, and remediation planning initiatives
Advising on DPDPA, GDPR, CCPA, and cross-border data protection issues
Delivering DPDPA-focused trainings and awareness sessions
Preparing management dashboards, reports, and client presentations
Supporting proposals, pitches, and client discussions
3–5 years of experience in privacy and data protection (consulting experience preferred)
Strong hands-on understanding of DPDPA 2023 and its operational requirements
Familiarity with global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA)
CIPPE, CIPM, or equivalent certification (mandatory)
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving sk
Experience with privacy tools such as OneTrust, TrustArc, etc.
Exposure to ISO 27701 / SOC 2 / ISO 27001 or similar audits
Experience working with regulated sectors (BFSI, fintech, etc.)
