  • Achieving assigned collection targets based on product asset classification

  • Handling recovery-related cases filed by the bank in coordination with advocates

  • Conducting daily customer visits for settlement negotiations and recovery

  • Preparing and forwarding settlement proposals to SLC for review

  • Sharing daily market updates with internal teams

  • Maintaining accurate records of recovery efforts, visits, and interactions

  • Updating judgments and legal citations on an ongoing basis

  • Responding to regulatory, ombudsman, CRM, and senior management complaints

  • Following up litigation matters before courts and consumer forums

  • Initiating advocate payments and case allocations as required

  • LL.B. degree (five-year integrated or three-year course) from a reputed university

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Prior experience in asset recovery, collections, or similar roles preferred
