Achieving assigned collection targets based on product asset classification
Handling recovery-related cases filed by the bank in coordination with advocates
Conducting daily customer visits for settlement negotiations and recovery
Preparing and forwarding settlement proposals to SLC for review
Sharing daily market updates with internal teams
Maintaining accurate records of recovery efforts, visits, and interactions
Updating judgments and legal citations on an ongoing basis
Responding to regulatory, ombudsman, CRM, and senior management complaints
Following up litigation matters before courts and consumer forums
Initiating advocate payments and case allocations as required
LL.B. degree (five-year integrated or three-year course) from a reputed university
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Prior experience in asset recovery, collections, or similar roles preferred
