The Senior Legal Executive will be responsible for:
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Handling corporate agreements and investment documents, including SHA, SSA, STA, etc.
Conducting legal research and analysis
Managing corporate and contract law matters
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
LL.B. graduate
3–5 years of experience in a similar legal role
Strong drafting and communication skills
Solid understanding of contract and corporate law
