Educational Qualification

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)

Experience & Skills

Applicants should have:


At least 4 years of experience reviewing and supporting negotiation of services or software contracts

Experience with sell-side and/or buy-side contracting

Exposure to US and/or English law-governed contracts

Excellent written and spoken English skills

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality

Ability to apply critical thinking to complex contractual issues

Experience working with internal stakeholders on contractual risk analysis

Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Advantages:


Knowledge of GDPR or US privacy laws

Prior experience in a financial services or corporate environment

The Senior Analyst – Legal will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing, drafting, and recommending amendments to US and English law contracts in line with approved playbooks and guidelines
  • Supporting internal clients across business lines through email and virtual meetings
  • Assisting in contract negotiations to manage legal and commercial risk
  • Working with WTW’s Contract Lifecycle Management System (COMET)
  • Collaborating with the Sales Operations Centre of Excellence
  • Escalating complex legal issues to the Team Lead or in-country legal teams
  • Ensuring compliance with WTW policies, including contracting frameworks, limitation of liability, and anti-bribery policies
  • Meeting agreed service levels and maintaining high quality standards
  • Participating in team interactions, training, and compliance activities
