The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Advising clients on music licensing, publishing, rights exploitation, content creation, and distribution
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating artist, composer, lyricist, producer, and label agreements
Handling music licensing and publishing contracts, content commissioning agreements, IP assignments, and production agreements
Managing client relationships and supporting transactions end-to-end
Collaborating with internal teams on ongoing matters
Tracking developments in media, music, copyright, and IP laws
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
3–7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Media & Entertainment Law
Strong preference for hands-on experience in music law, including deals, licensing, and publishing
Sound understanding of copyright, IP, and related legal frameworks
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
Ability to work independently with a self-starter mindset
