• Legal Research and Analysis: Conducting thorough legal research and analysis on various aspects of disputes, including case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Drafting Legal Documents: Preparation of pleadings, written submissions, procedural applications, case briefs, and notes on judgments, among other documents.
• Corporate Law Advisory & Consultancy: Drafting and vetting contracts, addressing client concerns, and providing legal opinions and regulatory compliance assistance.
• Client Communication: Keeping clients updated on case progress and ensuring they are informed about their cases’ status.
• Case Management: Assisting in ongoing case management, including procedural compliance, organization of case files, scheduling client meetings, and meeting deadlines.
• Court Representation: Assisting senior/ arguing counsel in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Continued Learning: Staying abreast of the latest legal developments and participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Knowledge of Hindi Language: Basic level knowledge in reading, understanding and writing Hindi with translation tools
