Years of Experience: 4-6 years at a major law firm and/or in-house, including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
Qualifications: Law graduate from a reputed law school/university.

- Proven efficiency in contract drafting and experience with legal issues related to commercial contracting.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of interaction with diverse set of stakeholders at all levels, acting with substantial autonomy.
- Action oriented and solution minded team player with high degree of self-management.
- Focus on process-orientation and having excellent attention to detail.
- Logical reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills/methodology.
- Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Able to balance and prioritize multiple high priority projects.
- Strong business acumen, and experience working in a fast-moving matrix and cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel required.
