Contract
Management - Drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiation of commercial contracts, including service agreements, procurement
contracts, partnership agreements, RFPs and other legal documents.
Communicate legal concepts in simple ways to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and clients to ensure legal alignment with business goals
Legal Technology: Utilize Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and other legal
technology platforms
