  • Conducting detailed and in-depth legal research for regulatory litigation and white collar crime matters

  • Research assistance in matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, Sessions Courts, and other forums

  • Legal research on statutes including:

    • PMLA

    • Companies Act

    • Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code

    • TRAI Act

    • Prevention of Corruption Act

  • Drafting:

    • List of Dates

    • Synopsis

    • Factual Notes

    • Legal Notes

5th year or final-year law students

  • Prior exposure to regulatory litigation and white collar crime matters

  • Completion of more than four internships related to similar disputes

  • Strong legal research and drafting capabilities
