Managing commercial contracts with external partners
Overseeing and protecting Kwalee’s intellectual property
Advising on general legal matters including commercial contracts, employment law, trademarks, patents, and IP protection
Supporting implementation of new legal procedures across the organization
Proven experience as an In-House Counsel, preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
Experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements
Strong understanding of Intellectual Property law with practical exposure to IP protection
Qualified legal professional with a degree in Law
