  1. Legal support for Private Equity & Venture Capital transactions
    Investor due diligence
    Drafting & negotiating:
    1. Term Sheets
    2. Share Subscription Agreements (SSA)
    3. Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA)
    4. Ongoing compliance under Companies Act, FEMA & FDI Policy
    5. Advisory on governance, board matters & exit-related provisions
    Coordination with external counsels to ensure transaction readiness
    Exposure to real estate–linked transactions and documentation

2023 or 2024 pass-out

1–2 years of work experience

Background in a law firm (PE/VC team preferred) or in-house

Real estate experience is mandatory (transactional / due diligence / documentation)
