  1. Support end-to-end contract lifecycle management (drafting, review, vetting, execution, amendments, and record management.
  2. Assist in legal research on fintech regulations, data protection, payments, and commercial laws.
  3. Review standard contracts to identify basic legal, regulatory, and compliance risks.
  4. Maintain contract repositories, trackers, and documentation for audit readiness.
  5. Support development of templates, checklists, and legal playbooks

LLB from a recognized university with 0–2 years of relevant experience

Strong interest in contract management and corporate/commercial law

Good research, drafting, and analytical skills with high attention to detail
