Inspection of establishments under labour laws
Handling labour compliance, disputes, and inspections
Reporting violations and assisting in legal proceedings
Performing duties assigned under the Labour Department
Degree in Law from a recognized University
Age: 18 to 40 years as on 31.01.2026
Must be a local candidate of Sikkim
Must possess valid Sikkim Subject Certificate or Certificate of Identification
Knowledge of any State language of Sikkim
Conversant with customs and usages of Sikkim
