Sikkim Public Service Commission is the constitutional body responsible for recruitment to various civil services and government posts in the State of Sikkim. It conducts transparent and merit-based selection for state government departments.

  • Enforcement of labour laws and welfare legislations

  • Inspection of establishments under labour laws

  • Handling labour compliance, disputes, and inspections

  • Reporting violations and assisting in legal proceedings

  • Performing duties assigned under the Labour Department

  • Degree in Law from a recognized University

  • Age: 18 to 40 years as on 31.01.2026

  • Must be a local candidate of Sikkim

  • Must possess valid Sikkim Subject Certificate or Certificate of Identification

  • Knowledge of any State language of Sikkim

  • Conversant with customs and usages of Sikkim

  • Candidates must apply online only through the official SPSC website.
