The Rajasthan High Court is a constitutional court established under Article 214 of the Constitution of India. It exercises jurisdiction over the State of Rajasthan and is responsible for adjudication of civil, criminal, constitutional, and other legal matters. The Court engages Legal Researchers to assist Hon’ble Judges in judicial research, drafting, and case preparation under a structured Legal Researcher Scheme.
Conduct legal and judicial research for Hon’ble Judge
Assist in preparation of case briefs and legal notes
Research statutes, case laws, and legal principles
Assist in drafting of orders, judgments, and opinions
Provide academic and legal support during court proceedings
Any other research work assigned by the Hon’ble Judge
Must possess a Law degree (LLB) from a recognized university
Maximum age limit: 33 years as on 1 January 2026
Must fulfill qualifications prescribed under the Scheme for engaging Legal Researchers
Candidate must be eligible for contractual engagement for deputing with Hon’ble Judge
Candidates must apply online through the official Rajasthan High Court recruitment portal within the prescribed time period.
