Rajasthan Financial Corporation (RFC) is a statutory public financial institution established under the State Financial Corporations Act, 1951. It provides financial assistance to promote micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Rajasthan.
Provide legal advice on corporate and lending matters
Draft and vet contracts and agreements
Prepare title scrutiny and legal due diligence reports
Handle litigation before courts, tribunals, arbitrators, regulators
Monitor legal cases of the Corporation
Field visits to assisted projects
Perform legal work as assigned by management
Nationality: Indian
Educational Qualification:
LL.B (Professional) with minimum 60% marks
OR
LL.M from a recognized university
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in Govt./Financial/Industrial institutions
OR
3 years Bar practice
(LL.M holders – no experience required)
Age Limit: 21 to 40 years (relaxation as per Rajasthan Govt. rules)
Language: Hindi (Devanagari script)
