Prepare and review regulatory and legal documentation
Draft high-quality legal documents including opinions, replies, appeals, representations, and notices
Assist clients with audits, incentives, dispute resolution, and policy matters
Prepare representations and submissions before regulatory authorities
Support clients on GST, customs, and indirect taxation matters
Work closely with senior experts and retired IRS professionals
Handle regulatory compliance and advisory assignments across trade and export laws
LL.B. / Law Graduate OR Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
2–3 years of relevant experience
Strong hands-on experience in Indirect Taxation including GST, Customs laws, assessments, refunds, and appeals
Excellent legal drafting skills (opinions, replies, appeals, representations, notices)
Knowledge of trade policies, SEZ/EOU incentives, and DGFT procedures is an added advantage
