Draft legal pleadings, applications, notices, and replies
Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
Handle client interactions and assist in client advisory
Appear before courts and tribunals as required
Assist senior advocates in litigation strategy and case management
Manage case files, documentation, and procedural compliance
LL.B. degree from a recognized university
2–3 years of experience in litigation
Strong drafting and legal research skills
Ability to handle clients and court work independently
Willingness to work full-time from the Chandigarh office.
