Draft, review, vet, and maintain templates for commercial contracts including vendor agreements, service contracts, business agreements, MOUs, NDAs, letters of intent, reseller agreements, and master services agreements
Negotiate contracts and finalize legal documentation with internal and external stakeholders
Manage and maintain legal documentation and contract repositories
Provide legal advisory on corporate and commercial law matters
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Support intellectual property initiatives including trademarks and patent-related work
Conduct legal research to support contract negotiations and corporate legal matters
Train and mentor junior legal staff and support teams on legal and compliance issues
Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management on business decisions
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Counsel (up to 7 years acceptable)
Experience in a corporate or global services organization preferred
Strong knowledge of Indian and international contract law
Exposure to intellectual property rights is preferred
