Develop and implement data protection and privacy policies in line with applicable laws and regulations
Conduct data privacy risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for clients
Monitor data processing activities to ensure compliance with data protection laws and organizational policies
Support clients with Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), privacy risk assessments, and data governance
Design and implement privacy frameworks, processes, and controls
Recommend and discuss privacy solutions with stakeholders and define privacy metrics and dashboards
Stay updated on global data protection regulations and regulatory developments
Prepare proposals, engagement letters, and project documentation
Maintain records of data processing activities and compliance efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to promote awareness of data protection practices
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field
Certifications such as CIPT / CIPM / CIPP(E) or similar are preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data protection, privacy compliance, or related roles
Strong knowledge of data protection laws, including Indian data protection regulations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
