  • Manage legal aspects of power transmission contracts and regulatory compliance
  • Provide advisory on corporate governance and risk mitigation
  • Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution in energy sector matters
  • Draft agreements and support policy development for internal teams
  • Ensure adherence to statutory laws and conduct due diligence

  • Collaborate on international projects involving cross-border legal issues
  • Full-time 3-year LLB or 5-year integrated LLB with 60% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  • Age limit: 28 years as of December 5, 2025 (relaxations apply)

  • Indian nationals; CLAT PG 2026 score required for selection
  • Register and appear for CLAT PG 2026 (applications open August 1, 2025)
