  • Conduct thorough legal research on case precedents and statutes for ongoing litigation matters.
  • Assist in drafting pleadings, affidavits, and court applications under senior guidance.
  • Accompany advocate to court hearings and observe trial proceedings in Delhi High Court and district courts.
  • Support client consultations by preparing case summaries and gathering evidence.
  • Help organize case files and maintain compliance with court filing deadlines.
  • Participate in post-hearing reviews to analyze outcomes and refine strategies.
  • Current law students in 3rd/5th year (5-year program) or 2nd/3rd year (3-year program).
  • Basic knowledge of civil procedure code and evidence act preferred.
  • Strong research and drafting skills; no prior experience required but enthusiasm for litigation essential.
  • Available for full-time offline commitment in Delhi NCR.
  • Prepare a one-page resume highlighting academics and any moot court experience.
  • Draft a concise cover letter (200 words) explaining your interest in litigation.
