  • Support due diligence and drafting for M&A transactions and joint ventures.
  • Review commercial contracts for compliance with FDI and SEBI regulations.
  • Research corporate governance issues under Companies Act amendments.
  • Assist in negotiations for funding rounds and shareholder agreements.
  • Prepare advisory notes on competition law filings with CCI.

  • Coordinate with international teams on outbound investments.
  • Fresh LLB/LLM graduates from NLUs or equivalent.
  • Strong academics (60%+); moot court or research experience.
  • Excellent English drafting; basic knowledge of corporate laws.

  • Willing to commit to 45-hour weeks in hybrid mode.
