The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) is a specialized quasi-judicial body under the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, resolving disputes in telecommunications, broadcasting, and related sectors. Established to ensure swift justice, it has adjudicated over 1,000 cases since inception, promoting fair competition and consumer rights.
