The organization emphasizes inclusive, last-mile justice delivery, empowering marginalized communities with tools for rights awareness and stakeholder liaison.

  • Provide pre-training support to aspiring paralegals, including recruitment and orientation.
  • Lead 4-day intensive training programs on legal basics, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Offer deployment support, monitoring field activities and resolving on-ground challenges.
  • Handle post-deployment handover, ensuring sustainability and impact evaluation.
  • Document program outcomes and contribute to policy advocacy reports.
  • 3- or 5-year law degree from a recognized university.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Kannada (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Strong legal research, writing, and documentation skills.
  • Purpose-driven with people-centric approach and digital fluency (Excel, AI tools).
