  • Research constitutional and procedural laws for Supreme Court briefs.
  • Draft petitions, replies, and oral arguments for litigation matters.
  • Appear in courts and assist in hearing preparations.
  • Coordinate with clients on case updates and strategy.
  • Analyze judgments and prepare advisory notes.

  • Support in appeals and special leave petitions.
  • Enrolled advocates with 3-5 years post-qualification experience in litigation.
  • Expertise in drafting, research, and court appearances.
  • Strong command of English and knowledge of Supreme Court rules.

  • Commitment to full-time on-site role in Delhi.
