  • Conduct in-depth research on commercial disputes, arbitration clauses, and relevant case laws under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act.
  • Assist in drafting arbitration notices, pleadings, and legal opinions for ongoing litigations.
  • Analyze IPR infringement cases, including trademark and patent filings.
  • Support senior associates in client meetings and compliance reviews.

  • Prepare summaries of judicial precedents for firm knowledge base.
  • Current LLB/LLM students (3rd year or above) or recent graduates.
  • Strong research skills; familiarity with Manupatra or SCC Online preferred.
  • Interest in litigation and arbitration; basic drafting experience a plus.

  • Commitment to 25-30 hours/week; access to reliable internet for hybrid work.
