  • Draft and vet legal documents such as plaints, written statements, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct legal research on procedural and substantive laws to support case strategies.
  • Appear independently before courts, tribunals, and arbitral authorities.
  • Develop case strategies, lead client meetings, and advise on litigation and arbitration.

  • Supervise and mentor junior team members while managing case records.
  • LL.B. or equivalent integrated law degree; enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.
  • Minimum 7 years of post-enrolment experience in litigation and/or arbitration.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of laws, exceptional analytical and research skills.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Marathi or Hindi desirable; MS Office skills.
