  • Conduct patent and trademark searches and draft IP applications.
  • Research case law on IP disputes and technology regulations.
  • Assist in drafting contracts for tech transfers and licensing agreements.
  • Support compliance audits for data privacy and IP enforcement.

  • Participate in client meetings to understand IP portfolio needs.
  • 4th/5th-year LLB (5-year) or 2nd/3rd-year LLB (3-year) students, or recent graduates.
  • Interest in IP and technology law; familiarity with IP databases preferred.

  • Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Prepare a cover letter explaining your interest in IP and tech law.
