  • Draft and review commercial contracts and compliance documents for tech clients.
  • Research regulatory updates in data privacy and corporate governance.
  • Assist in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions in the tech sector.
  • Support preparation of compliance reports for SEBI and RBI filings.

  • Participate in client meetings to understand business needs and legal strategies.
  • 4th/5th-year LLB (5-year) or 2nd/3rd-year LLB (3-year) students, or recent graduates.
  • Familiarity with corporate law and compliance; proficiency in legal research tools.

  • Strong drafting and communication skills; interest in tech law preferred.
  • Prepare a cover letter detailing your interest in corporate and compliance law.
  • Attach an updated CV and a legal writing sample (2-3 pages).
