  • Manage end-to-end litigation files, including filing suits, responding to notices, and arguing interim applications.
  • Conduct legal research on arbitration clauses, contract disputes, and procedural laws under CPC and Arbitration Act.
  • Draft affidavits, written statements, and arbitration submissions with precision and timeliness.
  • Liaise with clients to gather facts and provide strategic advice on risk mitigation.
  • Appear in Mumbai courts and tribunals for hearings and evidence recording.
  • Mentor interns on case strategy and court etiquette.
  • LLB from a recognized university (BCI-approved); enrolled with Bar Council preferred.
  • 0-5 years PQE in litigation or dispute resolution; freshers with strong moot/arbitration experience considered.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil procedure, evidence law, and commercial contracts.
  • Exceptional drafting skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Update your CV to emphasize litigation experience or academic achievements.
