  • Conduct trademark searches and draft IP opposition filings.
  • Review shareholder agreements for compliance with Companies Act.
  • Research case laws on IP infringement for litigation support.
  • Assist in due diligence for M&A transactions.

  • Support filings with IP India and corporate registries.
  • 4th-5th year law students or fresh graduates with IP/corporate interest.
  • Basic knowledge of Trademarks Act and Companies Act.
