It serves a diverse clientele, including startups and established businesses, with a focus on practical legal solutions. The firm provides interns with hands-on experience and mentorship to build a strong foundation in corporate practice.

  • Conduct research on company law, SEBI regulations, and IP case laws.
  • Draft contracts, NDAs, and compliance checklists for clients.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for client pitches and legal updates.
  • Support due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

  • Attend team meetings to discuss ongoing corporate matters.
  • 3rd/4th/5th-year students of 5-year LLB or 2nd/3rd-year of 3-year LLB.
  • Interest in corporate law and compliance; basic knowledge of IPR.
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills.

  • Proficiency in English; familiarity with MS Office.
