Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and contracts.
Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions deals.
Research corporate governance and SEBI regulations.
Support senior associates in client meetings and deal negotiations.
Prepare summaries and presentations for transaction updates.
4th or 5th-year LLB student or LLM candidate from a recognized law school.
Strong drafting and analytical skills; interest in corporate law.
Familiarity with Companies Act, 2013, is a plus.
No prior experience required, but corporate law coursework preferred.
