  • Review and draft commercial contracts and agreements.

  • Assist in due diligence for corporate transactions.

  • Support senior associates in client meetings and negotiations.
  • 3rd–5th year LL.B. students from recognized law schools.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and corporate transactions.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.

  • Full-time availability in Mumbai for the internship period.
