  • Research regulatory requirements for data privacy and compliance.
  • Assist in drafting compliance policies and guidelines.
  • Support audits and risk assessments for corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the legal tech team on AI-driven compliance tools.

  • Prepare reports for internal and client use.
  • 4th–5th year LL.B. students or LL.M. students with a focus on compliance or data privacy law.
  • Familiarity with Indian and international compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, DPDP Act).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
